We require payment in full on the day of your procedure. We conveniently accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. Gift Certificates are not a part of any special or product purchases.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
A credit card will be required to hold all appointments. We kindly request 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to meet the appointment as scheduled, without 24 hours notice, will result in Mezz Medi Spa assessing a “no-show” fee of 100% of your service cost.
If you no longer wish to complete a package series, any remaining funds may be transferred towards another service. Remaining balance will not include the price of the free treatment in the package. No cash or charge refunds will be given. No refunds on Specials and/Or Mezz Spa gift Certificates will be issued. We accept refunds on all Unused/Unopened products within 7 days of the Original date of purchase. Gift Certificates are not a part of any special or product purchases.
We recommend arriving at least 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment. As much as we desire to accommodate you if you should arrive late for your appointment, we may have to condense your treatment or reschedule it to avoid inconveniencing clients scheduled after you.

Mezz Spa requires the minimum of $15 for each 1-hour Massage treatment received & minimum of $19 for each 1-hour Facial treatment
$25 is the Minimum gratuity for each 90-min treatment received at Mezz spa.
Mezz Spa requires the deposit for all parties of 3+ persons. The deposit charged is 50% of the total treatments Scheduled.
